Warranty Information
Seven (7) Year Limited Warranty on all Moen Products.
Moen products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Moen warrants to the original consumers and hotel purchasers, that, should this ever develop a leak or drip during these 7* years warranty period, Moen will FREE OF CHARGE provide the parts necessary to put the product back in good working condition.
This warranty shall be effective from date of purchase as shown on purchase receipt.
This warranty is valid to the original consumers and hotel purchasers only and excludes industrial, commercial or non hotel business use of the product, product damage due to installation error, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by a contractor, service company or yourself. Moen will not be responsible for any labour charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages.
*the warranty is applicable to all products except for showerheads and body sprays on which the applicable warranty is one year.

Ten (10) year replacements guarantee on duralast basin & Kitchen faucets only.
- The guarantee will cover a replacement only if there is a leak and drip found in the faucet.
- The faucet will be replaced only if it has not been tampered by any external plumber and the leak is reported to the Moen India Service Team.
- The guarantee will be extended to only first home owners and will not be transferable.
- The replacement guarantee will apply only if the original bill is produced, during the request for replacement.
- The period for this special guarantee is on all Duralast Faucets is for a period of 15-june, 2011 up till 31-December, 2011.
